4. Cancel the Board of Supervisors regularly scheduled meeting on May 12, 2015.
5. Reappoint George McEwen, Director to the Tulare County Pest Control District for a term ending April 23, 2019.
County Administrative Office/General Services
6. Proclaim May 11 -15, 2015 as Juror Appreciation Week in Tulare County.
7. Approve the capital asset purchase of a cooling tower in the amount of $15,000 for the cooling tower replacement project at the Tulare Hillman Health Complex.
8. Approve an amendment to Agreement No. 26724 with Castle Air Museum Foundation, Inc. for the lease of space at Sequoia Field Airport to extend the term of the lease to July 18, 2015.
9. Ratify and approve the submission of an online application of a Federal Emergency Management Agency Fire Prevention and Safety Grant to purchase a Bullex Smart Fire Safety Training Trailer in the amount of $141,000.

10. Approve the credit application agreement with McKesson Pharmaceutical to allow for full implementation of the 340B Program with Rite Aide and CaptureRX.
11. Approve an agreement with the California Department of Education in the amount of $6,000 for the Summer Food Service Program, from June 15, 2015 to September 14, 2015.
12. Authorize the filing of a Notice of Partial Non-Renewal for the following one Land Conservation Contract, as provided in the Williamson Act. The request fulfills a condition resulting from the approval of one tentative parcel map.
Approve the execution of an amendment to the Land Conservation Contracts as a condition of approval for the aforementioned partial non-renewal.
Authorize the Chairman to approve the execution of an amendment to one additional Williamson Act Land Conservation Contract as required by a condition of approval for the following project:
PPM 13-042 – Williamson Act Contract No. 5787, Agricultural Preserve No. 1528, located at the southeast corner of Avenue 256 and Road 188, northwest of Lindsay (APN 153-180-010) (Acevedo) 118.22 acres subject to contract amendment.
