Under state law, matters presented under this item cannot be discussed or acted upon by the Board at this time. 1. Present Proclamation to adopt the month of May 2016 as "Community Action Month" in Tulare County and to recognize Community Services & Employment Training on their 40th Anniversary.

2. Request from Sheriff's Department to receive an update regarding the transfer of lake patrol duties that includes detailed operational plan, organization structure, job descriptions, and position classifications and compensation for the Sheriff's Boating Safety Enforcement Unit. Authorize the transfer of the equipment for the lake patrol program from the General Services Department to the Sheriff's Department, retroactive to July 17, 2015.
