1. Request from Health and Human Services Agency to ratify a proclamation of local emergency and mandatory evacuation orders issued by the Director of Emergency Services for the Cedar Fire on August 18, 2016. Ratify an additional evacuation order issued by the Director of Emergency Services for the Cedar Fire on August 19, 2016. Request that the Governor proclaim a State of Emergency due to the Cedar Fire, waive any regulations that may hinder response and recovery efforts, and provide any State resources that may be necessary to combat the fire.
