1. Request from the Human Resources and Development Department to approve the tentative agreement and authorize such changes to the Memorandum of Understanding between the County of Tulare and the Professional Association of Tulare County Physicians, Bargaining Unit 16.
2. Request from the Human Resources and Development Department to approve the tentative agreement and authorize such changes to the Memorandum of Understanding between the County of Tulare and the Government- Lawyers Association of Workers, Bargaining Unit 8.
3. Request from the County Administrative Office to waive the second reading and adopt an Ordinance amending Section 1-03-2060 and 1-03-2061 of Article 23 of Chapter 3 of Part 1, and adding 1-03-2086 of Article 25 of Chapter 3 of Part 1, Pertaining to Other County Offices. Unanimous vote at a regular meeting with all members present is required. Direct the Clerk of the Board to publish the Ordinance after adoption as required by law.
