Approve a subgrant agreement with the State of California Employment Development Department for Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Youth programs in an amount not to exceed $3,117,273, retroactive from April 1, 2018 through June 30, 2018. Find that the Board had authority to enter into the proposed agreement as of April 1, 2018 and that it was in the County's best interest to enter into the agreement on that date.
