1. Request from the Health and Human Services Agency to receive a presentation on the proposed readiness plan and local variance attestation form for accelerated reopening of businesses in Stage 2 of the State's COVID-19 Resilience Roadmap. Approve the Health & Human Services Agency's submission of a local variance attestation to the California Department of Public Health. Authorize the Chair of the Board to sign a letter of support for the Health & Human Services Agency’s local variance attestation.
