1.            Ratify the August 28, 2020 proclamation of a local emergency due to wildfire (SQF Complex Fire). Ratify and confirm all emergency orders issued by the Director of Emergency Services, or successor, in relation to the SQF Complex Fire, including evacuation orders issued on August 28, 2020.
