regarding the close-out of Tulare County Community Development Block Grant No.
03-STBG-1853. Authorize the Chairman, or
authorized designee, to sign the final Grantee Performance Report. Authorize the County Administrative Officer,
or authorized designee, to sign the Final Close-out Certification
documents. Authorize the submittal of
all signed close-out documents to the State Department of Housing and Community
Development. Adopt CDBG Housing
Rehabilitation Participation Guidelines for use in administering the CDBG
program and in accordance with CDBG requirements.
