Human Resources & Development

1. Ratify and approve Memorandum of Understanding between the County of Tulare and the Tulare County Sheriff's Association for Bargaining Unit No. 13 - Deputy Sheriffs and Unit No. 15 - Sheriff's Sergeants, retroactive to July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2010. Find that the Board had authority to enter into the proposed agreement as of July 1, 2006 and that it was in the County's best interest to enter into the agreements on that date.
