Request from County Administrative Office to adopt the following Class Designations and Specifications for the Information Technology Department Development: IT Director; IT Division Manager; IT Manager; IT Project Manager; and Administrative Services Programmer Analyst II. Allocate 50 positions in accordance with the Personnel Resolution: one (1) IT Director; two (2) IT Division Managers; two (2) IT Managers; three (3) IT Project Managers; eight (8) Administrative Services Programmer Analyst IIs; one (1) Administrative Services Officer III; ten (10) Systems & Procedures Analyst IIs; sixteen (16) User Support Specialists; two (2) Administrative Specialist IIs; three (3) Computer Technical Analyst Is; one (1) Administrative Aide; and one (1) Office Assistance III. Allocate the Information Technology Director at Salary Band 3 ($86,000 - $130,000). Allocate Information Technology Division Manager at Salary Band 5 ($70,000 - $105,000). Reclassify Administrative Services Programmer Analyst to Administrative Services Programmer Analyst II. Authorize the Auditor-Controller to make necessary budget adjustments to the Information Technology and Miscellaneous Administration budgets in conjunction with the County Administrative Officer.
