Ratify and approve the one-time payment of accumulated Compensatory Time Off for overtime worked regardless of the employee's Compensatory Time Off balance for employees represented by Tulare County Corrections Association. Find that the Board had authority to enter into the proposed agreement as of July 22, 2008 and that it was in the County's best interest to enter into the agreement on that date.
