NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

Background information has been provided to the board on all matters listed under the Consent Agenda, and these items are considered to be routine by the Board. All items under the Consent Agenda are normally approved by one motion. If discussion is requested by any Board members on any item, that item will be removed from the Consent Agenda if separate action is required.

Auditor-Controller/Treasurer-Tax Collector

1. Approve the Waiver of Limitation for the State Sales Tax Audit for the period of April 1, 2006 through September 30, 2006 extending the deadline from July 31, 200 to January 31, 2010. Delegate authorization to sign the Waiver of Limitation for the State Sales Tax Audit to the Auditor-Controller/Treasurer-Tax Collector.

County Administrative Office

2. Approve the Judicial Council-Administrative Office of the Court Construction and Management Estimate Statement of Shared Costs for Tulare Court Fiscal Year 2009/2010. Authorize the Auditor-Controller to review and approve future fiscal year estimates of shared costs for the Tulare Court under the Joint Occupancy Agreement No. 23144.

Resource Management Agency

3. Reschedule the Public Hearing for July 21, 2009 at 9:30 a.m. for placing delinquent Community Service Area No. 1 and Community Service Area No. 2 service fee charges on the 2009/2010 Tax Rolls. Approve the Notice of Public Hearing.

4. Reschedule the Public Hearing for July 21, 2009 at 9:30 a.m. for placing delinquent Terra Bella Sewer Maintenance District service fee charges on the 2009/2010 Tax Rolls. Approve the Notice of Public Hearing.
