1. Approve an amendment to Agreement No. 24649 with Jezowski & Markel Contractors, Inc. for construction of the Richgrove Green Alleys project to increase the contract amount by $221,000 from $570,360.38 to $791,360.38 to allow for the construction of a mow strip in conjunction with the project.
