HEARING: Request from the Resource Management
Agency to approve the California Statewide Communities Development Authority's
issuance of tax-exempt revenue obligations through its Housing Bond Program on
behalf of Community Preservation Partners, LLC, for the acquisition and
rehabilitation of four apartment complexes within Orosi, CA. Approve the
resolution regarding the issuance of these bonds.
