HEARING: Request from the Resource Management Agency to adopt
Planning and Development fee adjustments in accordance with Health and Safety
Code Section 17951 and Government Code Sections 54986, 65909.5, 66014, 66016
and 66451.2 as listed in the 2012/2013 Summary of Proposed Fees. Authorize the Resource Management Agency to
implement the fees beginning July 1, 2012.
