Request from Resource Management Agency to review Memorandum of Understandings between and among the cities of Visalia, Porterville, Tulare, Exeter, Farmersville, Lindsay, and Woodlake relating to the Tulare County's 2030 General Plan Update, Implementation of the General Plan City Section, and Collection of Development Impact Fees. Authorize the Board Chairman to sign each individual City and County Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) as may be modified by Staff within the limited direction as provided by the Board.
