1. Waive the second reading and adopt an Ordinance amending Section 1-03-1115 of Article 3 of Chapter 3 of Part I of the Tulare County Ordinance Code pertaining to the appointment of the County Surveyor. Direct the Clerk to publish the Ordinance after adoption as required by law.
