Tulare County’s Board agendas are published on the County’s website with the supporting documents for each agenda item. Please take a few moments to become familiar with this system, and read the instructions below for information on troubleshooting.

Note: Board Agendas are posted to the Tulare County website at least 72 hours prior to the meeting and are provided for the convenience of the public. Although every effort is made to ensure their accuracy and completeness, the Board Agendas as posted to our website are subject to change. The official agenda is on file in the County Administrative Office. Please contact the Tulare County Clerk of the Board at 559.636.5000 to obtain any changes or revisions to the Board Agenda that may have occurred after the agenda was posted to our website and prior to the meeting date.

Instructions
  1. Select a meeting from the list on the left to view an agenda.
  2. Scroll down the agenda and click on the agenda item linked text to view supporting documentation.
  3. From the list of documents, select the document that you wish to view.
  4. From the list of pages, click on the links to the different pages of the document. Or, select All Pages to view the entire document.
System Requirements:
The system currently publishes the document as a complete .pdf (Adobe Acrobat) file. In case you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer, you can download the software by selecting the following link: Download Acrobat Reader
If you already have the Adobe Acrobat Reader on your system, but you cannot view the document correctly, please try one of the options below.

Internet Explorer Users:
If a document is in TIF format, by default, Windows uses the Imaging for Windows software to display TIF files from within your browser. This software is usually already installed when you purchase your computer. Click here for detailed instructions.

Macintosh & Netscape Users:
You must have the Quicktime plug-in installed to be able to view TIF files from within your browser. To obtain the latest Quicktime plug-in, visit Apple's Quicktime Download Website
NOTE:

Some agenda items may have associated documents that have been directly imported into the LegisStream system. These documents will not be in TIF format, and may be in the following formats: Microsoft Word and Excel. If you do not have the proper software to view these files, you can download viewers for them from the links below.
